SNOW BALL A BIG HIT

The recent Snow Ball, a semi-formal dance sponsored by the high school band, was a big hit.  Nearly 300 students helped raise $3200 to help send the band to Florida for a competition at Universal Studios in Florida this spring.

The Key Club got in on the act by selling "snow balls" which students were able to purchase for their favorite teachers.  Mrs. George, one of the favorites, is pictured here with students from one of her chemistry classes.  Note the "snowballs" on the classroom door.

We heard such great things about this dance from everyone who participated.  A special thank you to Mr. Horner, Mrs. Casmus, and Mrs. Brink who helped students organize this successful event.
