NOTICE OF PUBLIC BID


The Board of Education of the Minisink Valley Central School District hereby offers via public bid the following items and equipment that have been declared surplus and/or obsolete:

Miscellaneous Kitchen Equipment
Miscellaneous Floor Cleaning Equipment
Miscellaneous Shop Equipment
Upright Piano, Toshiba Copier
Lot of 8 Voting Machines, Pottery Wheel
2310 Ford Tractor with Accessories
2007 Chevy 3500 Mason Dump Truck with Plow
John Deere 1600 Diesel Turbo Mower

Bid items will be available for inspection as packaged on Tuesday, August  29, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Intermediate School loading dock area, 2320 Route 6, Slate Hill, New York 10973.Items for bid are in “as is” condition. 

Items which are grouped together on pallets will not be separated, and the award winner is responsible for taking the entire pallet. A complete list of items offered for bid, opening bid pricing and purchase details are available by clicking here and in the Business Office. 

Bids will be opened immediately following the closing of the inspection period at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.  Items will be awarded to the highest bidder that meets or exceeds the opening bid price for each item as specified. Bid winners will be notified after the bid opening and will have until Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 2:00 pm to pick up and pay for their items.  MONEY ORDER, BANK CHECK or CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY- NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
