THANK YOU, OFFICER ANNA!

Officer Anna, from the Mount Hope Police Department, visited Otisville Elementary School.  She spoke with Otisville students about personal safety.  Students learned important rules that are designed to keep them safe when they enjoy Halloween activities:

  • Never go out alone.  Be sure to have a "buddy system" in place.  Trick or treating in small groups is a good way to stay safe.
  • Ask for help from a trusted adult if you get lost and never get into a stranger's car.
  • Be sure to have parents inspect candy before it's eaten.
  • Make safe and smart behavior choices.

Thank you, Officer Anna!  We are glad that you are part of our Otisville Elementary School community.
