STUDENTS EDUCATE AND ENTERTAIN WITH HOW-TO PROJECTS IN MRS. CLARK'S CLASS

Victoria Duncan impresses her class with a demonstration project making Pinutos.  She explains that the Philippines, located above Indonesia in the Pacific Ocean, were under Spanish rule for 300 years.  Therefore the Spanish people influenced the Filipino diet with their Pinutos, which resemble a Spanish taco.

Lovina John showed us how to pierce a balloon without popping it.  She explained that a little vaseline will help reduce the friction between the balloon and the piercing stick.  Great idea for a magic trick.

The picture at left shows Victoria Duncan preparing her pinutos; however more photos can be obtained by clicking on the green header title at the top of this article.
