INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS ATTEND BULLYING WORKSHOP

On Thursday, October 28th in the Intermediate School Auditorium, 4th and 5th grade students attended an assembly on bullying presented by Assistant Principal Ms. Pelulso, Psychologist Mrs. Galloway, & Social Worker Mrs. Doce.  Students learned that bullying was a negative behavior that can be physical, verbal or psychological and is rude or disrespectful.  Bullying can also crush someone’s feelings.  When bullying occurs students are to notify a friend, teacher or other trusted adult.  Students also learned that “The person who holds the ladder is just as bad as the thief.” So they should always get involved if they see bullying occur.
