Have you filled a bucket today?  Bucket filling is a popular and effective character development program. The concept is simple: Everyone has an invisible bucket that is constantly being emptied or filled.  We feel good when our buckets are full, and we feel bad when our buckets are empty.  When we say or do kind things for others, we fill their buckets and also fill our own. We feel good when we help others feel good. MVIS students learned about Bucket Fill-osophy and listened to the book “Have You Filled A Bucket Today?”  Thank you to our guest readers: Mrs. Mead, Mrs. Wilcox, Mr. Murphy, Mrs. Fox, Mrs. Galloway, Mrs. Gunther, Ms. Delia, Mrs. Gallant, Mr. Ranaudo and Mr. Latini. MVIS students will be working hard to show “Respect” in order to earn stamps on their buckets and promote an environment where we all feel good.
