Last week, Mrs. Fitzgibbons' class celebrated National Young Readers Week by having special visitors come and read to the class. Volunteer parents, teachers, and members of the Minisink School community shared their favorite stories with the children.  Principal Dombal and Director of Personnel, Mr.  Brian Monahan, talked to the children about how important reading is in their jobs every day.

Mr. Dombal kept the children engaged with a story called The Great Turkey Race.

The children laughed with Mr. Monahan about a story entitled There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie.

Mrs. Short shared a story about her favorite animals, pigs!
