◊Schedule ample time for sleep and start each day with a healthy breakfast.  

◊Discuss your child’s academic and behavioral performance and clearly establish your expectations for a successful year.  

◊Designate an area in which your child will complete his/her homework.  

◊Make sure that your child knows his/her bus number and teacher’s name.  This information helps develop confidence and independence.

◊Reassure your child that they will make friends and that their school experience will be one of wonder.

◊As always...give your child lots of love.

It is also important to send in supplies on the first day of school.  Supply lists are available by clicking the "Supply Lists" link in the black tab to the left or by clicking here.
