Late yesterday, Dec. 5, the district was advised that a Minisink Valley Elementary staff member tested positive for COVID-19. Due to mandated confidentiality guidelines, no further information can be disseminated.

All contact tracing has been completed today, Dec. 6.  If you did not receive a message, you are not believed to have a risk of exposure.

Anyone who was exposed to this individual is mandated to quarantine for 14 days from the last exposure date.

This is another opportunity for me to remind every Minisink Valley family of the following:

•              Avoid large gatherings.
•              Wear masks.
•              Wash your hands
