No SNAP account?  A SNAP Health Portal email was sent to the primary email address associated with your child’s SchoolTool account. It provides simple directions and your unique username and password to gain access to the Covid- 19 screening tool.  You will be asked for your child’s birthdate. Use MM/DD/YYYY format. I didn’t receive an email from SNAP health portal!   Verify your email address in SchoolTool. If your email is incorrect, please call your child’s school after 11am to update your contact information. Be sure to be prepared to verify your identity.  If your email is correct check your spam folder and/or reset your password at https://www.studentehr.com/

Should I send my child to school today if I cannot access the Covid screening tool?   Yes!  Your child will be screened at school. It is the expectation that parents complete the Covid-19 screening for each child. Please make every effort to work through tech challenges to access the screening form
