The Minisink Valley Guitar Club will host its first “Relay for Life” benefit concert called “Guitars Under the Stars,” on Wednesday, May 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the high school’s courtyard.

All proceeds will benefit Relay for Life, an American Cancer Society fundraiser, which has a mission to promote cancer awareness, celebrate survivors and caregivers, and fund cancer research and treatments.

The concert will feature solo and group performances by members of the high school Guitar Club, Ukulele Club, Dance Revolution, Chamber Choir, Women’s Chorus, and Men’s Ensemble. Student performers will showcase their tremendous talent through iconic rock, pop, jazz, acoustic and instrumental music.

Support these talented Minisink Valley students and help fight cancer through the power of art, music, and dance. There is a $10 suggested donation for admission and all appetizers and desserts are complementary.
