Attention Minisink Valley parents/guardians:

A reminder that all students entering Minisink Valley schools for the first time, as well as those entering pre-K, kindergarten and grades 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 must have a health examination performed by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner entering those school years listed.
