TIRED OF ALL OF THE FAKE NEWS ON THE INTERNET ?

Don't believe everything you read online.   Fake news reports and stories often circulate the internet.   Thank goodness for PolitiFact!   This fact-checking website  is run by editors and reports from the Tampa Bay Times.  Their editors and reporters check the accuracy of online new and articles worth looking into.

PolitiFact also checks claims by elected officials, candidates, groups and political parties.  Using the Truth-O-Meter, they rate claims from true to false.  If an article or claim is really outlandish, it will get the lowest rating on the Truth-O-Meter:  Pants on Fire!
