Minisink Valley High School’s 2019 yearbook receives ‘gallery book’ honors by Walsworth publisher

Minisink Valley High School’s yearbook has been honored by its publisher, Walsworth, by being named  a “gallery book.”

students holding certifcateMinisink’s 2019 yearbook was considered to be so outstanding by Walsworth that it’s now a book that other schools can review as a standard of excellence.

Out of the more than 10,000 yearbooks that Walsworth annually produces, Minisink’s is only one of just a few gallery books which are now displayed at various Walsworth workshops three people with certificatethroughout the year.    These books now give other nationwide yearbook staffs ideas about how to create a memorable book.

Congratulations to the four current staff members who worked on it last year: Theresa Courtenay, Joey Michulski, Dayton LeBlanc, Ryan Schanzenbacher, and Sean Jacobs and to yearbook adviser Kat Hoolan!

“To say we are excited and proud of the 2019 yearbook staff is an understatement,” Mrs.  Hoolan added.  “It was our first year as a class and we received this honor.”
