Otisville Kiwanis K-Kids donate $600 to Pets Alive

Otisville K KidsThe Kiwanis K-Kids of Otisville recently visited Pets Alive of Middletown to donate $600, the proceeds of their annual coin drive, to Mary Ann Bopp, Pets Alive’s development director.

The visit included stuffing gift bags with cat toys to be given to prospective “furbaby” adoptive parents and a presentation of how to train a puppy by dog trainer Robin Markovits. They learned some helpful tips, too, when the roles of dog and trainer were played by students.

The highlight of the trip was a visit to the cat house!
