Like other school districts, Minisink Valley will begin this school year following a remote instructional model.

Our plan is to have an eventual transition into a hybrid instructional model, which still includes remote instruction, when we are confident and comfortable that we can safely welcome our students back into our buildings.

Our goal is to provide a blend of synchronous and asynchronous instruction, which will require students to have internet access from home.

Additionally, our concurrent goal is to provide a device to any student who doesn’t have a home device to use. This home device should be available for his/her use during the school day, as opposed to it being a shared device.

We need your help by completing and returning this important form:

We are requesting families to complete this form ONLY if they need to request a device for their child(ren) who do not have the sole use of a device during the school day.

Currently, Minisink Valley has a limited inventory until additional devices become available and are delivered.

Please complete one form for each student for whom a device will needed by 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24.
