Minisink Valley students returned to school today, Sept. 3, happy to see friends, enthusiastic about the new year and radiating joyful smiles that were aligned with the similar feelings of district faculty, staff and administration.
"It’s been a wonderful opening day," said Superintendent Brian Monahan. “We’re looking forward to seeing the academic and social-emotional growth of our students this year and we know our faculty and staff will continue to instill in them a love of learning. The knowledge they will gain this year will also continue to prepare them for their next level grade work, college and their future careers, allowing them to positively contribute to our world. We can't wait to see all their accomplishments and achievements.”
