The Otisville Elementary School Drama Club will present free performances of "Seussical JR." on Tuesday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 4 at 7 p.m. at the Otisville cafetorium.
"Seussical JR." weaves together multiple Dr. Seuss stories, primarily "Horton Hears a Who!" and "Horton Hatches the Egg," as narrated by The Cat in the Hat. The plot follows Horton the Elephant as he protects a speck of dust containing the tiny Whos, specifically JoJo, while also guarding an abandoned egg.
"Seussical JR." weaves a story of friendship, loyalty and love. Despite all odds, Horton and Gertrude band together to save the Whos, free Horton and restore peace and unity to the Jungle of Nool. Most importantly. "Seussical JR" teaches the power of being unique and the importance of fighting for one's beliefs.
Admission is free for everyone.
