Students at the Elementary School and Otisville Elementary marked their 100th day of school on Feb. 26 with a variety of festive and educational activities.
“Recognizing the 100th day of school is meaningful because it represents an important milestone in the academic journeys of our youngest students,” said Elementary School Principal Deborah Gallant.

Otisville Elementary Principal Jula Downey noted that the day also helps students strengthen their understanding of larger numbers, such as 100, in an enjoyable and interactive way.
“The celebration encourages hands-on learning while building excitement in the classroom,” she said. “It also promotes a strong sense of achievement and togetherness among students.”

Both principals added students enjoyed the many special activities organized by teachers to make the day memorable. Some students even dressed 100-year-olds, and there were lots of "100th day of school hats" worn in both buildings!
