
Congratulations to Junior Wyatt Boice, who won the 175-pound weight class state championship title tonight, Feb. 28, at the NYSPHSAA Boys Wrestling Championship meet!
Wyatt, the No. 1 seed, won his match against CHSAA's Rory White, the No. 2 seed, of St. Francis.
"Wyatt is an absolute powerhouse on the mat --- the embodiment of New York State wrestling at its finest," said Tim bult, director of athletics. "He has the passion, drive and commitment and sets the standard for excellence every time he competes. That's what a champion is."


Also earning podium finishes were:
Second Place:
Zach Filip, 215-pound weight class
Fifth Place:
Joe Uhrig, 150-pound weight class
Minisink scored the highest team points as a public school, and placed second behind St. Francis, a private school.
