Four members of the Minisink Valley High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Club earned medals at the recent FBLA State Leadership Conference in Rochester.

They were part of an 11-member Minisink Valley FBLA student delegation at the conference, which was attended by over 800 students statewide. Students attended business-related workshops, networked with like-minded business students and competed in a wide variety of business-related competitions.

Earning medals for outstanding achievement in competitive events were:

First place
Heather Day, Hospitality and Event Management

Second place
Vincent Galligan IV, Financial Planning
Colin Hansen, Business Communications

Fifth place
Daniel Oenga, Networking Infrastructure

Colin, Vincent and Heather all qualified to participate in the National Leadership Conference which will be held in San Antonio at the end of June.
