‘Grandma Phyllis’ continues tradition of making scarves for all district kindergarteners for the 16th year
Thank you to Phyllis Scherf, also known as “Grandma Phyllis” to our kindergarten students! For the 16th year, she has made scarves for Elementary School and Otisville Elementary kindergarteners.
