Dec. 7 COVID-19 update from Superintendent Brian Monahan

Minisink Valley logoThe district has confirmed the following positive COVID-19 cases today, Dec. 7:

  •     High School:  One student; no contact tracing is required.
  •     Otisville Elementary:  One OU BOCES satellite staff member and one Otisville staff member. Contact tracing has been completed. Those who did not receive a message are not believed to have a risk of exposure.

It’s important these individuals begin the 14-day mandated quarantine period from their last day of contact until the Orange County Department of Health advises you otherwise. We again ask everyone to be responsive to the Department of Health when it reaches out to them in the next few days.
