Ashley Bearisto, Frank Pasquino and Allison Bennett’s middle school students were treated to a visit by members of George Smith American Legion Post 1607 in Middletown today, Nov. 10.

Veterans spoke to students about what Veterans Day means and told active duty service stories.

We thank them for their service and for taking the time to speak to students! Their visit was organized by former district aide Becky Olah, a member of its Ladies Auxiliary.
