Minisink Valley parents/guardians:
Interested parents/guardians can take advantage of an opportunity to get a COVID-19 test kit for their student via a supply the district has received from New York State via Orange- Ulster BOCES. Each Minisink Valley student is eligible to receive one COVID-19 test kit which contains two COVID-19 rapid tests.
Please complete the survey for each student for whom you would like to request these tests.
Important: This survey will close Friday, Jan. 28 at 4 p.m.
Test kits will be distributed to students during school next week, the week of Jan. 31. More details will follow in the coming days.
