Dear Middle school families:
We hope this letter finds you and your family well. Please review the following updated information regarding the pickup of student belongings and collection of school issued materials.
Note: All student items in academic and physical education lockers have been placed in bags for pick up to make this process as expedient and efficient as possible. This system has been designed to ensure for the safety of all individuals.
Please arrive within your assigned time block (indicated below) with a sign displayed on the passenger window of your car including the following written in large print: student(s) first and last name and grade level.
Additionally, do not use the main campus entrance. Enter the middle school from the lower entrance on Route 6; staff members will be directing you where to park. You will be guided to pull into a parking spot. There will be no need to leave your vehicle as students’ personal items will be brought directly to your vehicle.
At this time, students must return all school issued materials to include: textbooks, library books, novels for English classes, band instruments, and other materials that may have been given to them by their teachers for their classes.
NOTE: The middle school is NOT collecting Chromebooks during this time. More information will follow as the district is awaiting further guidance regarding the reopening of school in September.
Dates and time for school materials return and student belongings pickup are as follows:
● Monday, June 15: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. : Last names A-G
● Tuesday, June 16: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. : Last names H-N
● Thursday, June 18: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. : Last names O-T
● Friday, June 19 : 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. : Last names U-Z
