Minisink Valley school community:

The district is aware of a social media post which features a photo of a group of students outside of the high school earlier today, Nov. 2. Two people are wearing masks.

The safety and security of our students is our top priority. Once we were made aware of this post, we immediately reached out to our law enforcement partners. They have begun an investigation. There have been no threats made to the schools or district.

We work closely with our law enforcement partners to quickly and thoroughly investigate all matters of concern, and we appreciate their rapid response. Our law enforcement partners will provide additional campus patrols on Friday, Nov. 3.  Law enforcement will have its regular presence at the Nov. 3 varsity football game.  Thank you.
