The Otisville Elementary Drama Club presents “Winnie the Pooh” on June 15 and 16 at 7 p.m. in the Otisville cafetorium.
In the Hundred Acre Woods, Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals: Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by the mysterious Backson when they find a note from Christopher Robin. As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship, and sharing.
Roles will be shared by fourth and fifth-graders throughout the performance to maximize stage time for the cast.
The play is directed by John O’Neill; assistant director is AnneMarie Guido; and technical director is David Gronner.
Admission is free and the community is invited to attend.
