A special message to the Class of 2020 from High School Principal Kenneth Hauck

Dear Class of 2020:

I want to take a moment to recognize today, June 26, where under normal circumstances we would be on the football field celebrating your accomplishments with a graduation ceremony.

On behalf of the district’s entire faculty, staff, administration and Board of Education — and in particular, the high school’s faculty, administration and staff — please know we are thinking about you today and know we all wish today’s graduation ceremony could have taken place.

We remain in awe of the grace, dignity and understanding you and your families  have all shown when we announced we would postpone our graduation ceremony for five weeks, as we continue to believe this is our very best opportunity to have us all together on the football field.

You have missed out on so much and we have missed watching you finish your senior year as you prepare for your next adventures in life.  You are an awesome group of people and we are looking forward to our July 31 graduation where we will share in celebrating this momentous milestone with you.

Stay healthy, strong and safe! Have a great weekend!

Go Warriors!

Sincerely,

Kenneth Hauck
