“Ace,” the mascot of Aramark — Minisink Valley’s food service provider — visited students at Otisville Elementary on March 5 to mark National School Breakfast Week.
“It’s really important to choose the right foods, especially at breakfast time, ” said Food Services Director Marilyn DiGregorio. “Breakfast is a great way to start your day . Breakfast fuels your body and gives you energy to help allow you to do your very best in school and when you’re playing with your friends.”
Ace visited students who stopped by the cafeteria for a complimentary breakfast. She interacted with students as they ate breakfast and posed for photos.
Later, Ace visited several gym classes, cheering on students as they followed their teachers’ directions.
