Attention Minisink Valley school community:

Pursuant to Gov. Cuomo’s June 7 executive order 202.39 on this year’s school budget vote/board elections, all conducted by absentee ballots, please be aware of the following

In-person ballot drop-off to the district clerk’s office will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9.  Per the executive order, any receptacle (ballot box) used for hand delivery of absentee ballots in the vote/election shall be closed and removed at 5 p.m. on June 9.

Only mail-in ballots will be accepted through Tuesday, June 16.  Counting of ballots will begin after 5 p.m. on June 16.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no counting of ballots on June 9.
