Minisink Valley High School students:

I’m writing with some important updates as we get closer to the end of the school year:

While we all are very sad to not be able to have our Junior Prom and Senior Ball, your high school administration has been working very hard and putting our very best creative efforts together determine which events can take place given the COVID-19 mandates and restrictions we must follow.

Please mark your calendars as we thrilled to advise you of the following:

2019-20 Virtual Athletic Awards: Thursday, June 11 at 6 p.m.

Class of 2020 WARRIOR RUN: Wednesday, June 17 in the afternoon (times are being finalized)

2019-20 Virtual Academic Awards: Friday, June 19 at 6 p.m.

We will follow-up with more details on these three events in the next days.

Additionally, June 13 will be the day when we determine if we are allowed to hold our planned June 26 graduation. This determination will be based on New York State guidance on the status of the economic reactivation in the mid-Hudson Valley.  For now, please continue to hold both June 26 and July 31 as graduation dates!

For your information, yearbooks have not yet arrived, and we will schedule a pickup time once we hear more.
