Minisink Valley Elementary School is thrilled to present its new cookbook called “Mosaic Meals: Many Cultures, Many Meals…One MV,” featuring culturally diverse recipes contributed by the school’s families and staff.

“Our school community is composed of students, faculty and staff who represent many amazing and diverse cultures,” said Elementary School Principal Deborah Gallant. “The Elementary School is a wonderful cultural mosaic of ethnic groups, languages and cultures that, together, contribute to the richness and success of our school community. And so, we thought, what better way to show our wonderful multiculturalism than by inviting our staff and families to contribute a favorite recipe for a school cookbook? We’re thrilled to present ‘Mosaic Meals: Many Cultures, Many Meals…One MV’ to the entire Minisink Valley school community. Every recipe is outstanding, we hope you try them all.”
