Students in grades 4, 5 and 6 are eligible to audition for Elementary High-All County. The festival takes place April 26 and 27 at Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh

OCMEA is an organization of music educators who teach in Orange County and are committed to promoting the understanding and appreciation of music in the lives of students, their families and the community.
