KINDERGARTENERS VISIT THE MAIN AREAS OF THE SCHOOL

Kindergarten students have a lot to learn when they begin their school experience.  Before the students begin to learn about numbers and letters, they need to know how to navigate through their new world.   This week the Kindergarten students in Otisville went on a scavenger hunt to find either the Gingerbread Man, Chester the Raccoon or a busy bear.  These characters just happened to visit many of the key areas of the school like the main office, the cafeteria and the health office.  These types of engaging activities allow Otisville's youngest students to learn about our building in a fun way.  At the end of their "hunt" students were given a special treat that was left behind for them to enjoy.
